A few months ago I ordered flowers and they arrived not looking very good. I sent a picture to the owner and she delivered a beautiful new bouquet the next day at no charge. Great customer service.

We ordered flowers from Heavenly Creations again for my mom’s celebration of life. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. I would definitely recommend Heavenly Creations.

We called Heather at Heavenly Creations to talk about flowers for our dad's funeral. Mom wanted fall colors instead of mourning colors, and we had the most beautiful assortment of reds, yellows, and oranges. We had also asked for cedar accents, and Heather clipped cedar boughs to add an Alaska accent to the various arrangements she provided, for us and for all of the people who called and ordered flowers for the services. No two arrangements were the same, and every one was beautiful. We shared them with family, our church, and the Pioneer Home, where Dad had spent his last days. All were grateful for the beautiful and fresh arrangements provided. Heather is a great listener to her customers, and we appreciated her very much.

This summer Heavenly Creations put together a beautiful arrangement for my girlfriend’s birthday party. It was a last minute creation and they knocked it out of the park. They even sprayed them with a little special water to make them look extra nice. They were very kind to talk to and so patient to work with my abrupt time line and still give me lots of options. Thank you so much. I will order all my arrangements from you ladies in the future.

Ordered for my wife’s birthday as I couldn’t be there. Her day wasn’t going the greatest but the flowers really brightened her day when she received them. Beautiful arrangement and fresh flowers. I wanted to make my best friends 60th birthday feel special, so I called Heather and just told her I wanted something big bold and beautiful. She gave me all kinds of ideas and created the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. She even helped me verify that I had the right address. Heavenly Creations did a wonderful job. I live in Seattle and wanted to order flowers for a friend. I had a little bit of confusion when looking at their website, so called and talked to someone there. She was very friendly and helpful, and I felt happy talking to her. I ordered online at that point, which was simple and straightforward. I got regular email updates about the order, they delivered on the day promised, and the response from my friend was wonderful. She said they were beautiful and she was very happy with the flower arrangement. Definitely a 5 start experience 🙂

I’m glad I came across “Heavenly Creations of Alaska”.

It took me ages to find a company who would be willing to deliver to my girlfriends island and Heavenly creations was the only one, yes shipping is a tad bit expensive, but it definitely compensates for quick delivery. I’m a frequent customer ok the occasion that I have money to spend on my girlfriend.

They’ve always been very professional in their approach, even emailing me if they couldn’t deliver the flowers and would certainly do so the next day dependant on the weather.
