*Not a to bash a small business, rather someone to support small business. Positive note, they do have great quality products.*

However, To whom this may concern I would I would suggest you look elsewhere when purchasing. I initially placed my order on August 4, 2023! I received an incomplete order on September 25! Additionally, it is now October 17, and I still hav not received my entire order! I have called multiple times and was reassured that my items should’ve been delivered by this point however it has not been. It is extremely shocking that a business being supported by law enforcement would not hold true to full filling orders in a timely manner. I was given excuses and the story changed on multiple occasions.

I am leaving this review after having their products for several years. The shirts still look nice today and they look extremely professional. I had great customer service when the K9 Unit at work placed an order here. We later placed another because of how impressed we were with the quality. Neighboring agencies basically copied our design from HDG, but theirs didn't look near as professional (they got theirs somewhere else). My old boss just asked me where he could place another order for k9 shirts and I didn't hesitate to re-recommend HDG.

HDG created shirts for some colleagues and me. If you order from HDG, expect for it to take some time for your order to ship. It seems like they're a pretty small and over-worked company. That said, if you have patience and are not in a rush to get your order, you'll most likely be happy with the order once you do get it. They do a nice job on the design, and the final product will look clean.

Had a great experience dealing with HDG Tactical. Fiona was ready to work with and explained all my options. I wanted to order shirts with existing artwork, but needed some wording changed and artwork tweaked a tad. They did an excellent job and exactly what i wanted. Just recieved my order today and the shirts are perfect. No hidden cost, no junk fees after the quote was given. Great quality at a very fair price and was completed and delivered ahead of schedule than i was originally told. Thank you HDG!

Poor customer service! I ordered a hat and t-shirt on March 13th. The website said to allow 10 days for the order to be made, which at the latest would be Mar. 23rd. I called on the 27th and neither that hat or shirt had been made yet and I was told they'd be shipped out in 4 days. Here it is April 2nd and still no shipment. I called again, now 20 days after the order was placed, hats made but the shirt isn't. I was told it would be made by Friday. Due to the poor customer service I cancled my order and will not be ordering from them again. I will make sure that the over 500 staff at my facility also know not to order from HDG Tactical.

Unfortunately this company is the only avenue for our uniform shirts. Orders typically take well over a month to ship, only after calling and asking where your order is. After the run around our order magically ships.

Ordered a hat over a month ago, no email about shipping and never received order. Talked to owner and everything has been worked out. Well it's Aug 16 and still no hat. Guess things haven't been worked out.
