I was recommended to try Harbor-Brenn by a number of people, and they were right. The staff found me a good deal on auto and renter's insurance. They take care of the details that make my eyes water, and check in every once in a while (not too often!) to make sure everything is working out.

Even though Harbor Brenn was slightly ($30) more expensive, Jenny Brower made a huge impression. Very responsive to our request for quote and to the subsequent questions. The service that sealed the deal for us was the video she did specifically for us that explained our policy and addressed our questions very clearly and concisely. That was absolutely brilliant.

I have had insurance with Harbor Brenn for 10 or more years. I am not sure how long it has been because they make insurance and claims so easy that I have not had to keep track. The office is full of knowledgeable insurance agents that know their stuff and want to help you have piece of mind. Their customer service is always right on.
