We hired Dennis from the list of "Wix Professionals" for a specific project to make a new domain in wix primary. We met for three one-hour meetings. During the first meeting, we submitted a payment for $1500 and Dennis performed a basic set up in Wix that was supposed to launch the new primary domain. Three days later, the transfer failed in Wix. We met for another two one-hour meetings when my primary goal was to complete the transfer and to transition our business emails to the new domain. Instead, Dennis proposed to review our site design and offered to re-design it for another $8000. Three weeks and $1500 later, the domain is still not working. We are now working directly with Wix trying to resolve the issue. We have requested a refund from Dennis for the failed project. We received a response from Dennis stating " I do not give refunds."
