I walked in to get passport photos done. It was quick and easy. No wait. Much better than going to the post office. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly. Another customer came in for an appointment to get fingerprint scans done and she was helped right away. The location has plenty of parking in the back. I’ll be back for my shipping needs and in case I ever need fingerprints!

Went here only to find a sign that says back in 15 mins. I waited for 35 mins under the sun and still no one was there. This unfortunately created an unpleasant user experience.

EDIT: the owner is lying and saying there’s no sign. You can clearly see the Back in 15 Mins sign in the photo of my review. I was there between 4:54pm to 5:30pm and the sign was there the whole time and no one was in the store

EDIT 2: I was there and took photos with timestamp clearly showing the Back in 15 mins sign. I have no incentive to pick a random business just to post a fake review. People are more inclined to post reviews for a bad experience than an average experience. I’m only posting this because I was there for more than 30 minutes waiting in hot sun with no one in the store and other people complained about the same issue too in other reviews. I do not like the fact you are threatening people who post real and honest reviews and I am more than happy to show Google my photo evidence

Was here for my I-9 verification and everything went smoothly! Staff was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. They were efficient too -- appointment (which was at 9:30AM) only took max of 5 minutes. Highly recommend this shop!
