I first met Kristin years ago as a student at UAH. She's great at relaying information while keeping you interested. Years later, she has taken these skills to another level! I received the opportunity to listen to her speak on generational diversity. I was one of many in the room, however, the entire crowd was engaged, laughing, learning, and taking notes. The time flew by. I put the knowledge taught to use that afternoon! I highly recommend!

I first saw Kristin deliver her presentation on generational diversity at a conference with at least 1,000 attendees in the audience and I didn't see one person looking down at their phone the entire 60 plus minutes she spoke. She recently delivered her presentation at our 10th annual conference and knocked it out of the park again! She's got a quick wit, uses humor in the delivery of her message and speaks about one of the most relevant topics facing business today. I'd recommend Kristin to speak and/or train at any organization that wants to improve their performance.

I have heard Kristin speak 3 times now. The first time I was in college and had NO CLUE why this was important, the second time I was actively applying for jobs and beginning to notice the themes and ideas she shared in the places I would interview, and the 3rd time was last week. I am now a college graduate employed in the consumer goods industry and I WISH EVERYONE understood and internalized the importance of non-verbal and generational inclusion and diversity like Kristin and her team do.
