My family and I have never had a “Family Portrait”. Last year my husband gave me a gift.certificate to have one done at Gail’s studio. I kept putting it off. That was until Gail and others made a comment that my children aren’t going to care what size I am in the photo, but that we have the memory of the photo at all. Wow! That was powerful. So.....we did it! I couldn’t be happier that we did! Gail was amazing, makes you feel so uncomfortable, especially when you are someone who was never comfortable being in front of the camera. We laughed during our session, we were silly, and felt so at ease that you can see it in our pictures as the session went on. It was sooo hard to pick just one photo (so I picked many), but again....Gail was there to give me her honest opinion on what she felt looked best and complimented our family. She did not rush us, took her time, and explained with her professional eye what she saw. I can’t wait to have our first family portrait displayed - and even more thankful that we were able to have it done by Gail Carver Photography.

Gail photographed my wedding about 4 years ago. I can't say enough great things about the photos she captured. We continue to find favorites and enjoy looking back at our images. The best part is the non-traditional images she was able to capture. We have all the standard/posed photos and they are great, but the candid moments she was able to capture are what makes her photos great!

We were hesitant about the Photo session we were given as a gift for our fiftieth anniversary. The pictures were taken outside and inside our home. We laughed and thoroughly enjoyed our time with Gail. Some of her poses were 'too posed' for us which caused us to laugh even more. Her large screen presentation of the photos helped us to easily make our fiinal selections.

I have written and called and left messages requesting that Gail take my children off her website for safety purposes. My requests were completely ignored and never responded to for months. She never did address the issue, the link just finally expired.
