I use this service for my old landline. In the last few months there were multiple outages which they said would be repaired in a few hours. It took two days. Yesterday my phone service was out again and they said there was no regional outage and they would send the tech out between 8:00 and 5:00 p.m. I myself work in service and we try to give 3 to 4 hour windows at the most. It is now 6:20. I was notified at 3:41 p.m. that the technician was on his way. They are still not here. I am canceling service and going with spectrum.

Terrible service. Our phone had static and the internet went out daily. I called August 5th to cancel. Was told they would send a letter to cancel. Waited 2 weeks, no letter. Called again and was told it must have been lost in the mail and they'd resend it. Meanwhile, we're still getting their bills without a problem. Never got the letter, so I called again. I confirmed Frontier had the correct address. This time I asked to speak with a manager in the US. I spoke with a manager. She apologized and told me she would put a note in my file stating Frontier had made mistakes in handling our cancelation, and that we would not be billed past August 5th. I finally felt good about Frontier. Then, got s bill

12mb of data is not highspeed. Customer service sucks. Hung up on me. Raised prices without notification. Gave me a hard time when I cancelled service. And now they want a 50 dollar restocking fee. Don't get frontier Internet. Not worth it.

Moved here about 2 months ago . Inherited Frontier service as basically all that's available . Service is slow and spotty . We bought a Starlink Standard system and we're really happy with the Starlink service ! It's very fast and the modem covered our whole house and garage . We had to use a wifi extender with the Frontier to go thru out the house still slow just spread out more . Tried three days in a row to cancel Frontier. First I was hung up on . Second they needed to mail my account info so I could verify I was me ? I asked why they couldn't email that , the service tech said it just wasn't possible . This is from a supposedly high tech internet provider . The third day when I again tried to cancel even though I gave them current billing info in order to pay up and cancel they said they needed to email me the info . They put me on hold several times after they offered me cheaper deals and better service repeatedly . Where was the better service to begin with ? All I can say is if your internet is spotty and slow dump Frontier like me maybe try Starlink it's amazing !

When we signed up I was told it would cost nothing to cancel or return equipment. I cancelled today as we have moved. They are charging us a $50.00 return to stock equipment fee!!

We are older, live in a rural area and cell phone service isn't all that great. Frontier has the monopoly here. Seriously there is NO other landline service available. This service is the worst service ever. I am actually thinking about getting an attorney to see if maybe a lawsuit would make them repair the lines correctly.
Their customer service, for the most is very nice and so are their service repair men. But if I could, I wouldn't give it any stars at all when it comes to their telephone and Internet service. If there is other service providers in your area go with them. Do throw your money away with Frontier.

I just hate to leave less than good reviews. But we went to frontier because the other guys got too expensive. After about 6 months of Frontier we decided that maybe the other guys are worth it. I hope others have different results but for us our devices kept going offline, sporadically and constantly. I can deal with slow internet but when you're offline you're done. We pay to be online. Just couldn't deal with it any longer. Their workers are patient and friendly.
