Nate mixed my latest EP, The Dark and the Devil, at Frequency Farm. He is very professional and I was completely happy with the end result. He took my recordings and really brought them to life. Nate has a great ear for sound and is easy to work with. He asks questions to ensure he understands the vision you have for your songs and works to help you realize it. There was great communication throughout, Nate is happy to bounce ideas but never oversteps. This isn't some big machine operation where you are just a number, Nate will actually work with you one-on-one and he won't be happy until you're happy. Nate has also provided studio guitar work for me in the past and did great work in that capacity too, he's a good player. I would highly recommend Frequency Farm Recording Studio.

I’ve hardly had to tell anyone that I don’t like a mix and it’s not entirely a big deal. Nate and I never worked together before and I being very picky knew my requested might be hard for Nate. Nate said “no problem, I will work on the mix and get it back to you the way you want” he did exactly THAT! Very professional and has an amazing comfort to his home where he has built his business around, and if you get lucky you might get some of his wife’s baking!! Awesome place to record and a very comfortable studio! He is the first studio I’ve had to control my own headphone volume and ive been to some start of the art studios, it’s the small things that made this trip amazing, Thank you Nate, Nate’s Wife and Cat!

I spent an afternoon at Frequency Farm Recording Studio recording a song I wrote. His studio is located outside of Woodville, WI, a serene setting with no city noise distractions. It was my first time recording in a studio. I was very pleased with Nate’s professionalism and technical skill, but also his ear for fine-tuning and arranging. It was fun working with him. He’s also a graphic designer/artist so has experience in designing album covers. I highly recommend him for your recording and production needs.
