I would put 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service, turn around time, and quality of work. I would suggest trying any other company than this. I placed an order that was supposed to be 3-5 business days, and did not receive the order for over 3 weeks, causing my production to be delayed, costing me time and money. They lied to me multiple times saying the order was in production, they were working on it today, it would be ready by the end of day, ready by tomorrow, ready by Monday. Turns out their machine was out of commission and they were waiting on parts. That in and of itself is okay, but to not tell your clients that and instead lie about it is completely unprofessional and wrong. Then I get the labels and the rolls are cut up, and my circle labels all have spikes coming off of them. Every time I called in to check on the status, I could hear the contempt in Melissa's voice. Her tone said it all. Then when I try to see if they can make it right in any way possible, they dodge my calls and never return my voicemails. Thanks, Matt. Flamingo label you should be ashamed of yourself and how you conduct business. If I were you I would take my business anywhere else but here. 0 stars.
