Paul, called and yelled at an elderly couple who recently sold their business. There are a few issues with that without even addressing professionalism. The family had been a pillar in the Dowagiac community for DECADES. They have kept local farmers and businesses running at extremely fair prices. To speak to someone who hired YOU that way is absolutely ridiculous and Paul should feel ashamed of himself. Not only that, but during the sale Paul was talking to others about the sale and giving them information when the couple asked him not to make it public. Not to mention that he way undervalued the property..if you're looking to sell property, I implore you to find literally anyone else.

Paul openly lied to my realtor and myself telling each of us two different stories. Sold a property right out from underneath me after the seller verbally agreed to sell under a land contract. He told us no one else has shown interest in the property in the last 4 months, which lead me to offer 7% lower than asking. Two days later after not hearing from him he lets us know the seller accepted a cash offer, which is weird since he said no one else was interested and the property had been for sale 220+ days. He should have told the other buyer there was already an agreement and he was waiting for the seller to sign. When I contacted him the following day he was super defensive, and told another runaround story. He was apologetic at the which is nice, but still doesn’t fix his ethical values.
Was looking forward to many years of fun memories with 2 year old son to grown up with on that property, now it’s back to square one.
