Dear FedEx Driver,
I’m still wondering why you delivered only the cover without the actual product. You could have taken the empty package along with the product, right? How shameful it is that you took my daughter’s surprise books and craft items, yet delivered an empty package! And you ran off so quickly before we could even open the door...

Every time I come here the staff is always friendly & they truly go above & beyond to be helpful. They even offer me extra service more often than not. I feel like they’re personally doing me favors. Very nice people

Beware of this place. I sent my iPhone 15pro trade in last Wednesday. Apple notified me this morning that they received an empty box. I am 99.9 percent sure it was the employee that helped me scan my package and instead of putting into the fedex locked box she left on the counter. I left feeling uncomfortable with that employee and will be calling the manager and file a police report. I will never go into that FedEx store.

Amazing service by David at this location. I reached just minutes past 7 pm. Their pickup guy was as doing last pickup. But looking at our urgency David quickly took our mails and was able to help us put in the envelope and hand it over to the pickup guy just in time for the last shipment. Thanks

Bad customer service I was returning a package that I received with fedex but they won’t except it cause packaging is not correct while I received it in same way and had buy a $40 box for this crap

This is a review of the store on Grant line, not the shipping warehouse….which is terrible.

This is a small store with fewer services than larger locations but I’ve always had great customer service here, I’m in and out quickly, and it’s close by; time and money saved. Pleasant experience.

I wish they hadn’t reduced their hours.

I can’t do what I need to during the limited times they’re open, so have to travel further and pay more to do the same business elsewhere where the lines are longer, turnaround time is longer, and customer service and quality aren’t as good.

I usually dread visits to FedEx and other shipping stores. Surprisingly, my visit to this location was very pleasant. I had an issue with my return where my shipping label was unreadable but they happily reprinted it for me. Thanks to the kind employees, they are a credit to the Tracy community!
