My husband and I cannot express how happy we were to be paired with Logan, our photographer, and Jon, our DJ. They were absolutely amazing to work with and, beyond that, just genuinely great people. Logan captured every special moment beautifully, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire day. Jon kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long! Their professionalism, talent, and fun personalities made our wedding day even more incredible. We couldn’t have asked for a better team—highly recommend!

Edited: Giving three stars as the follow up and communication with Falcon Film Studios regarding our wedding video has essentially been horrible. We were given a time line of video delivery of 3-6months, we have passed the 6month date since our wedding and I have reached out multiple times by email, phone, and text to Falcon Film Studios owner, and lead photographer and have gotten no response. I’m am disappointed with the lack of communication from Falcon Film regarding the status of our video and if/when we will receive the product we paid for.

I quickly learned after booking Falcon Film Studios for our wedding photography and videography that this was by far the best decision I made while wedding planning!

Derek was amazing to work with, and a great communicator. He organized our lead photographer - Logan, and other Falcon Film team members for our wedding ceremony and reception. We also received a complimentary engagement shoot with the package we booked and were honored to meet Logan in May of 2023 for an engagement shoot. It was absolutely amazing, and Logan was so flexible with location, and allowing our dogs to be in the shoot as well. He was so easy to work with, not to mention when we saw the engagement shoot photos my (now husband) and I were so amazed, as we are generally awkward in front of the camera. Seeing these photos made us so excited to work with Logan and the Falcon Film team again for our ceremony & reception.

Derek was great with communicating with us a week prior to our wedding date and both the Lead Photographer and videographer (Tay) reached out to us to talk about what we envisioned for our photos/videos. They made all of our photo and video dreams come true. We could not believe how amazing our photos turned out and how much the team was able to capture. It truly encapsulated the magical day we had and are so grateful to have these memories last a lifetime thanks to the Falcon Film team.

Outside of their amazing work, the team was SO fun to have around. They felt like a part of the bridal party, so easy to converse and joke around with and really carried a "Can-Do" attitude. My older brother had some interesting photo requests and the team made it happen! If you are looking for an amazing and talented group to capture your special day - look no further. Falcon Film Studios is for you!

My wife and I had used this company for our photography and DJ. As a new husband, it is terrible to see how excited she was that she picked a good company, but what we experience this this company is terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company FOR ANY WEDDING SERVICE!

Falcon Film Studios sent us an inexperienced and minor to shoot our wedding (16 years old)

We never got notified that our assigned photographer was not attending and who we were getting to replace him

He was on his phone while the sun was setting and my wife had to get up and go ask him if we could do sunset photos which is UNACCEPTABLE that the Bride, my wife, had to do that.

He put us directly in the sunset for photos and when my wife told him that we couldn’t see because of the light he said, “close your eyes and then open quick and I will take the photo then”. This is what Falcon Film Studios considers to be a suitable back up staff for emergencies…. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE!

This company did not get our photos delivered in one week after the event as stipulated in the original contract.

The inexperienced and minor photographer did not know what hand our rings were on and asked three separate times to myself, the maid of honour and my wife.

We received edited photos…. However, the standard of those photos are UNACCEPTABLE AND TERRIBLE. For the sunset photos, the sunset background is primarily white, it was a beautiful sunset and he edited it complete out, there are red dots from the lens on my face and suit, the edit he used made my wife and the bridesmaid makeup look like Halloween makeup, all our first dance photos are extremely dark to the point we don’t recognize ourselves, where the photographer told the bridal party and family to go for photos all the photos have shadows all other outfit and face, my beautiful white shirt is blue in most photos, and he didn’t edit anything out of the background.

On our phone call with the company owner Derek, he was rude, condescending and interrupted my wife numerous times when she was expressing her concerns.

We were told by Derek that our photos were “salvageable” and that they could get the sunset back into my photos, change the edit and fix the things I wanted. Not only did we pay for quality professional photos, but this should have been completed prior to sending it to us. Why would he send us “salvageable photos” in the first place. THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

He offered us remedies but only if we would sign an agreement.

Derek kept telling us that he would provide us with remedies and says he will do so “in good faith efforts to remedy any issues” but in my opinion he NEVER acted in good faith. How is it good faith when he requires wife and I to sign away our rights to voice our opinion on the product we received. The agreements state we must withdraw any previous comments or statements I said about Derek or Falcon Film Studios, that I cannot make any additional comments or reviews. The agreement had unfair terms and conditions, such as "The Clients agree that they shall not at any time engage in any form of conduct, or make any statements or representations, whether in writing or orally, that mention any dealings, contracts, arrangements with Falcon Film Studios LLC, Falcon Film Studios or Derek Gauci”.

We did not feel as though Derek was being fair and reasonable when discussing his company, and the customer service was the worse I have ever experienced.

Derek told us via email “If you or anyone associated with you attempts to defame or slander my company, I will take legal action for defamation”. He made me feel like I was the problem, like I am bullying him and like I am being unfair

We will not be bullied by legal language and fear of him taking legal action because my wife and speak the truth, truth in our experience working with Derek and Falcon Film Studios.

For Falcon Film Studios to provide any remedy, because for Derek to provide a remedy to us that agreement needs to be signed. An agreement that we would have sign before seeing any product, agree that it is complete.

They did a fantastic job with photography video and DJ at my cousin’s wedding. I hired them right away to capture my sons senior photos and homecoming photos. They did fantastic at the wedding and on all of our shoots. Will work with them for years!!

Derek and his team were AMAZING! As mother of the groom, I was worried with the many, typical, wedding day glitches with caterers and seating, the bar, etc. Falcon Film Studios team of Photographers , Videographers, and DJ were perfection. They created a calming and professional atmosphere and made everyone feel at ease and beautiful- especially the bride and groom! I can’t wait to see all of the photos and videos- based on the previews, they will be more amazing than I can imagine! Thank you to all of the Falcon Film Studios crew!

Jon (DJ) and Logan (Photographer) did an amazing job the day of our wedding. I could not have asked for a better DJ or Photographer and I highly recommend them and this company. They were great to deal with and fun to be around had some difficulties with receiving our photos, but the owner Derek took control and handled everything for us and was truly a great experience and was amazing to see that the owner took control of the situation and handled it well was truly impressed with this
