Photography: Erica G 10/10
Our photographer, Erica, was amazing. She was so kind and helped us with poses and always made sure that we looked great. Our photos turned out amazing, no complaints! She helped keep me (the bride) calm prior to first looks and helped coach us through the day. I'm so thankful she helped things run so smoothly and helped us stay present in the moment. It never felt like any of the pictures were forced. Our "photo rush" was such a great way to get our photos with everyone and it felt fun. I recommend this to our friends that are getting married. We highly praise and recommend her to everyone.

Our wedding videos turned out great. My only complaint is that the music during our "private vows" section was a bit too loud, making it hard to hear the actual vows. The music choice was good, though I wish we could have picked what songs we could use in the video. I'm sure it was a copyright thing. Either way, our videographer was amazing. Professional, kind, and willing to help out when tissues were needed. We highly praise and recommend him to everyone.

DJ: Dom D 3/10
This is where the major complaints come in. To put it bluntly: our DJ was a huge let down. He mis-pronounced our last name during the entrances, which was really inexcusable. He asked us before we walked in how to pronounce it, and still got it wrong. He also did not pick the correct bridal party entrance song. This was so upsetting, as we spent so much time trying to find the perfect one. He played songs from our "Do not play" List that we created and completed 2 weeks prior to the wedding, as well as not playing all the songs from our "Must-Play" List. He also did not take requests from the bride and groom during the reception. We had asked for no requests from guests, but figured since it was our wedding we could request songs as we wanted them. The microphones cut out during speeches which ended up making the video not as good during that portion. He also failed to play our cake cutting song as well as a song I picked to play quietly during my speech to my mom. While the DJ was nice and respectful, he did not try to hype up or work the crowd. Overall, we would not recommend this DJ to anyone.

My wife and I wanted to give a shout out to all the staff! We had Jason as our DJ for our wedding and couldn’t be happier with our experience. He provided music and mic for our ceremony—and of course the music and lights for the reception. Easy to communicate with, flexible with any time changes—played awesome music that kept my guests entertained all night long. From start to finish every staff member was awesome at Fairytale Productions! Just wanted to say thank you to the team and don’t hesitate to book your even with them 🩵

We had the pleasure of working with Ryan B. He want above and beyond what a photographer should have to do and we are so grateful that he did. You will NOT be disappointed if you choose him to be part of your wedding day.
If things start to go wrong, he will swoop in make sure that things get back on track and make your day how you always imagined it!

We hired Fairytale Productions to DJ and video our wedding in the Port Clinton, OH area. Ben (video) and Jason (DJ) were both so excellent at the wedding. Jason kept the party moving and, as I found out later, stuck to the Do-Not-Play list on the website, which is a great assurance! Sometimes you really just don't want to hear Staying Alive by the BeeGees... He also kept track of where my wife and I were in greeting everyone, and adjusted the timeline for the first dance appropriately while being so courteous about everything. I can't speak for Ben's video yet, but he was so great with being there and working so well with our two photographers. They had never met before, and by the end of the night they were all helping each other out to get the best out of every shot. We look forward to seeing what kind of shots he got! I highly recommend Fairytale to anyone in the north MidWest who wants a great DJ or videographer for any event!
