I wanted to bring attention to the tremendous effort that Samantha Hansen put in to get all of my questions answered when in the process of transitioning from my current job to a new job I had applied for here in (Shreveport, La.). I am in the process of seeking a new job and I was hesitant in the process and her phone calls, emails and text messages gave me such comfort and the reassurance that I needed. I have never met Samantha Hansen personally but I have the utmost admiration and respect for how she was very thorough and prompt with feedback and just her overall communication with me. She really gave me the confidence I needed to move forward in the process. I would do a -5 stars if I could!!
This place was a joke. Had a job fair for a big oilfield company and I applied thru grand junction but the Wyoming branch was the one seeking for employees for this big company. I went to the job fair and got an offer within 10 mins of my interview with my experience. I took the offer. I got a call but once I filled out all my paperwork the same day as the other 3 guys I worked with. They all had calls and was very informed about everything I was not. I don’t get calls nor emails. If I called I got a dumb answer on why my background is taking so long. On boarding was 10 to 20 days from hire to start. Day 25 I get told my background isnt up to par and my lisence isnt either. Mind you I have a GOVERNMENT JOB RIGHT NOW!! they are full of crap and misleading and very unprofessional and James didn’t even know half the time why my paperwork was taking so long. Man up and do your job. I wouldn’t get hired here

My experience was terrible. These people are the most unprofessional, clueless and misleading people i have ever delt with. No one called me back at anytime. I accepted the job then I was told the job was filled. Very unprofessional. Whoever is in charge should purge the staff. I will never again use this worthless place or recommend anyone else to.
