Easy On Hold is exactly what we needed as a company. All the people I work with are accessible and responsive when I reach out. They truly understand service.
EOH can work with finished scripts or help you create your messaging from scratch, and the results are always professional and polished. Plus our rep regularly calls and listens to the hold music to check the quality and see if there's anything we need.
They are truly the easiest on hold experience we've ever dealt with. Highly recommended.

I am the phone administrator for Vanguard Trucks Center. We have about 26 locations across that U.S and just bought 13 more. Before easy on hold we had our receptionist, or our IT personnel record the messages for us. This didn't always turn out right or the messages and voices would be different throughout our organization. Now that we have easy on hold, I am able to create the message and upload it into our Mitel phone system within minutes. We also use Easy on Hold messaging to play messages when we put callers on hold or when they are put into our hold queue. With this simple change our phone answering has picked up and our reviews have also been better. I have changed the name from Easy on hold to Easy on my life.

We have been using EasyOnHold at each of our Veterinary hospitals in the Charlotte area for 2 years now. EOH is by far the easiest and most user-friendly platform that we utilize on a regular basis. Any request we put in for new hold messaging is consistently created and sent to me for approval within 24-48 hours....and always sounds perfect! Their customer service is top-notch and we couldn't be more happy with our representative, Russ! Highly recommend for any business!
