I have scheduled an appointment with Gr. Tran last month. He checked my neck and helped pulled out one of the Cysts, which took about 1min using 1 small knife and 1 band-aid. I have received the same surgery before at Bay Area, which cost around $180. I haven’t been informed about the cost before receiving the 1-min surgery. And then I received a bill of $1026 for that 1-min surgery. For anyone who is not rich enough to pay a 1-min surgery for $1026, THINK TWICE before you visit this place.

Updated: and after talking to the billing team, they told me that it’s my responsibility to know how much it costs for my visit. I was not informed of the over $500 first visit fee and the $500 1-min acne surgery fee before I visited the place or received the surgery. Yeah, customer supposed to know that you should always prepare $500 for first
visit fee before you talk to a doctor like this and $1026 is just a “reasonable” and “affordable“ amount. So RIDICULOUS 🙂
