I am an author. Three years ago Digital Attic designed and set up the website for my debut novel. They incorporated hyper links to Amazon for instataneous purchasing of my books and also areas for browsing and chat. I was very pleased with their work. Based on that experience, I recently had them add my second novel to the page along with other minor changes. I'm very pleased with the results. This company charged me $5000.00 to create a 4 page website. After 4 months they had not even created a mockup. I tried to fire them and they threatened to keep my deposit of $ 2500.00 which they did. They sent me an itemized invoice listing every conversation, phone call and meeting at $300 and hour to justify keeping the money.I hired another company who had my website up in 3 weeks for a third of the price.
