Fabulous to work with! I had a dear friend / client looking to produce custom t-shirts for their desert wedding (and last minute). Somu at Desert Promotional-Embroidery was super quick to respond, courteous and professional. He ensured the quick turn around was do-able and the quality was high. Came in with a idea and Somu and his team made it a reality. His vision and imagination is unbelievable. So satisfied with all that he has done for are car club (heavy and light jackets, t-shirts, car stickers and a banner). Can't say enough good things about everyone.

Ordered team jerseys around February 2023 and received them timely. 2 jerseys were wrong. They had the numbers flipped (2 on the front with #5 on back, and vice versa). Told owner about the issue. NO PROBLEM, I will fix them.

Then Hurricane Hillary hit. Wiped him out June 2023.

Asked again before the new season started in February 2024. Sure, will have before the start of the season NO PROBLEM.

Guess what? Still nothing. All empty promises and lies. Use a reputable place. Seriously....

****UPDATE 4/17/24. Was promised the second jersey would be in yesterday 4/16/24 and would get a phone call personally from Somu. NO call. Spoke with Eduardo today @ Desert promotions. He was unaware of anything. Still waiting for a return call****

Thank you Desert Promotions! Fast, professional and friendly and highly recommend! Working on a project for a well known nationwide brand with a very tight deadline. I thought it would be impossible to find a good printer so close to Christmas and during a pandemic. I spoke with Somu and he was so responsive, reliable and professional helping me out in a pinch!
