I cannot recommend David J. Maloney enough.
I was in a small accident, but due to pre-existing conditions, the accident caused some flare-ups.
I had a hard time dealing with my insurance company from the get-go, plus the person who hit me had the same insurance company.
I opted for an attorney simply because I had little faith my insurance company would treat me fairly with my pre-existing conditions.
I wasn't expecting much of a financial settlement, and I was shocked when Mr. Maloney called and told me the figure he negotiated for me.
It was more than I ever expected.
And his team did a lot of work navigating my medical bills and getting a clear picture of my pre-existing conditions.
Thank you so much Mr. Maloney! And thank you to Renita and everyone else in the office who handled my case!

My experience with Mr. Maloney was fantastic! I called his office Monday morning around 10:00 am and spoke to a very nice and patient lady who took my information. After she took my information she explained that Mr. Maloney would call me back that afternoon, true to her word and their advertisements, Mr. Maloney personally called me back at 3:10 pm that day. What followed was nothing short of extraordinary, He listened to my claim and spent 0ver 36 minutes explaining what my options were which included legal actions that I could take with or without him as my Attorney. It was very obvious that he was wanting to help me and was not motivated by how much money he could make. REFRESHING! imagine he spent 36 minutes of his valuable time and didn't charge me a dime!! In legal terms time is money to Attorny's, Thats how they make their living. Thank you Mr. Maloney I appreciate you, your time, and your courtesy. I gave you 5 stars, I would have given your more but thats the most the survey would accept. Phil Waltrip.

He made his money on a drunk driving case. The granddaughters mom made her sign over the check I got for her. I simply had a question for David. His associate called me and said David would call me…a month ago.

Had an idiot texting his girlfriend rearrange and total my beloved car.
Was going to be "nice" about it and let the insurance companies do their dance but then had second thoughts.
Had called Mr. Maloney once before to inquire about some property damage and he actually did call me back and was very courteous and helpful. It was a simple choice who I was going to call this time. Brought my father along for the consultation and Mr. Maloney was just as friendly, professional and welcoming to us both.
Everything was explained in great detail and all of our questions were answered.
If you're on the fence about getting an attorney you should at least give one a call. Who would I recommend? Definitely David!

Wish we could give 10 stars because 5 isn't nearly enough! Just like his commercials promise...we were able to sit down and meet with David and had many phone calls during the course of our case. We were hit by a very drunk driver and David provided us justice! He is intelligent, hard-working, and doesn't take "No" for an answer. He has a keen understanding of the inner workings of insurance companies and attacked from every angle. Its almost fun to watch him work! We are very pleased with our settlement and would recommend him highly!

David Maloney was wonderful to work with. He spoke with me personally from the first phone call, and his team kept me up to date along the way. When he came to me with a settlement offer, he took the time to explain why he thought that settling was better than going to trial and estimated the potential risks and rewards for me. A friend recommended this legal team to me when I got hurt by a city vehicle and the city refused to accept fault, and they came through. I'd recommend them to my friends too.
