This program is a MUST for every person. Whether you are just entering the business world, or you're a member of the C-Suite or maybe you just want to learn more about how to get along with people, then this is the class for you. The activities are engaging, and you will take something away from the experience each and every week. In addition, you will develop a community of professionals that will hold you accountable for your work and will become colleagues for life. Let's face it, there are a lot of books on how to become better at your job, but Dale Carnegie put these principles in place over 100 years ago and they are still going strong, and it is rooted in the fact that if you want to be better at your job, become a better person. I'm usually weary of these programs because they tend to be the standard fluff you get from leadership videos on YouTube. However, this program (Facilitated by Ken) added a lot of value to my development as a leader as well as the unity it brought to the executive team. They provide many useful tools that can be used in the day-to-day and challenge the status quo of the organization's culture forcing you to think about how you manage and lead people. Highly recommend.

I booked in to do a sales training course with Dale Carnegie and it was cancelled it 2 days out from the commencement of the course, with a reschedule date 3 months away. If you sign up for this course and they do not have sufficient numbers they will cancel on you at the very last moment.
