Fresh high quality meat that is neatly packed. The place is super clean and well organized. The store also has different marinated meat as well. The staff was friendly and patiently answered all questions. Will definitely be back

Came in to try this meat counter. I asked for a porterhouse and ended up with a T-Bone. The cut may have been mis-weighed and the cut was not trimmed, so I definitely over payed.
Otherwise, the price/lb was pretty good and the steak itself was excellent.

Amazing local butcher that has almost all meat and seafood options you can think of!

I bought a Harris Ranch prime grade prime rib for Thanksgiving and everyone said it was best prime rib they’ve ever had. Just did a simple 3-day dry-brine with Diamond brand kosher salt, roasted in the oven low & slow, let it rest outside to cool, then broiled it and finished it off with a torch-sear for a nice crust. Sadly our thermometer was not accurate, causing us to slightly overcook the meat, but even then it was still so tender and juicy.

This is definitely my go-to shop for high quality meats. The owner is very nice and patient and is willing to make sure his customers are satisfied. If you can’t find the meat you’re looking for, he will try to secure it for you!

I came here to pre order a 2 lb prime rib for Christmas dinner back in December. I come from the UK, so finding a great quality butcher was very important to me in order to cook up a traditional British roast.
