Stopped in to check them out. Store was empty. Nothing different to set them apart from your other stores. Has dressy and casual for Women. No sale signs for any discounts. Prices are a bit high for the quality. This store is not trying to move volume. Just trying establish themselves as a higher end boutique. Which reflects in the prices

This place is absolutely bogus. I bought my wife two of the same dress for mother's day so she would have the right size. And when I went to go try to exchange it they wouldn't let me because I was past the 7-day policy. Which is fine but the cashier didn't tell me anything about a 7-day exchange policy. And she knew I had the same dress and was going to exchange. So I think maybe they'll work with me. I mean I admit it is kind of my fault. But still you would think that they would want customers back. So when I finally talk to a manager she just pretty much shot me down and said nope can't do it. I had the receipt and everything but still they shot me down. I am a local and come to this mall all the time. You better believe my wife will never shop here again.

Came into this store looking for a new years outfit and found a cute top, didn’t end up buying the shirt as the cashier in the ponytail was extremely rude when speaking to me. She had lost patience when struggling to explain the exchange policy at the store as she only specified that you can’t return white tops and when asking if that applied to colored tops she gained an attitude and said yes. Therefore her lack of communication and skills in explaining lead to misunderstandings. I will not be returning here.

This has to be one of the worst stores in the whole mall. Don’t get me wrong they have really cute clothes, but it’s shein quality or worse, priced at insane prices. The worst part of my whole experience and the store overall, is the 3 item try on policy. You are only allowed to try on THREE items and that’s it. Not 3 items at a time, 3 items in the whole store period. What’s worse is the girls who work there don’t even disclose that to you till AFTER you try on your 3 items and go for the rest that they offer to hold on for you. And after reading everyone else’s reviews I can see that they do that to everyone else. The workers are rude as well. I’m just really beside myself that they charge so much for mass produced clothes made in some factory in LA that cost a few dollars to make 50$+. Like the quality is so bad I can’t even put it into words lol

I’m an international touring artist in the theater and music industry. I went into that store with the goal to leave with 5 to 6 new dresses for stage. After trying on three dresses, of which two were too big, I picked the next three dresses to Tryon and they told me that I couldn’t Tryon more than three dresses. And then I explained that I wanted to try on different sizes and they told me that I’m only permitted three tries total while visiting the store. Who wouldn’t want to make money? Who would chase of customers who are there to purchase multiple items. Disgusting experience and rude staff.

Horrible service the girl was rude and when asking simple questions she had no patience and treated me horrible. In the end my sister and I did not buy anything not because of the clothing but her. She had a spanish accent and had her hair in ponytail. The other girl was mediocre but better. Definitely will not be returning or buying anything from them.

So frustrating of a bad experience I had with your company and staff. I have an exchange and yes its over the timeline but I was sick 3x I cant just go to the mall. you have no manager in your store and staff had suggested to speak with manager and asked to come back 4x. Wasted my time and my energy just to receive really bad treatment. I wasn’t even gonna return I wanted an exchange and buy more items and willing to pay more but your staff and system is so rude. I hope you dint have to waste my time asking me to come back multiple times when your manager was never there and rude when I was on the phone. At this point i dont care about the return your company has bad policies and treatment.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The obese Asian worker (you can’t miss her) is so incredibly rude and proceeded to follow me around the store. It was so uncomfortable. She’d pretend to do “busy work” next to me but stare at me. I tested this theory by straight up walking opposite end of the store and she came following after me. The Hispanic/Middle Eastern (?) worker does the same exact thing when I go in.
