This place is a small white business. For the past TWO YEARS This Never was an issue for me as a black business owner. We typically ship off in bulk but when I have to send something real

Remind you UPS is one second a way.
Today I went to sent a package off, a white older male was working... from the moment I walked in I wasn't welcomed. I still ignore the energy. Been going there for two years. Can't tell if the lady up front was the same girl or not. New staff ? Not sure. I'm always in and out.

Today as I spoke the white older male belittled me every second even on small questions. To the point I got irritated.
Black owners Please go to Ups or another postal service. Leave this white business alone. The white older guy is racist.
He had several Times to fix this issue as I was leaving. He didnt. I even asked him should I go some where else ? he said yes with my daughter there front row seat. That was All I need to know.

In response to your comment: how would people see how rude your whole demeanor was if they wasn't up front with me ? They only seen my reaction walking out pissed! And yes I will call out a racist every single time and please believe my daughter will as well. I will never hold back. That's not tolerated in 2025. I support small black and white owned businesses 24/7 over larger companies, I made a big mistake supporting this place. The fact I JUST read other comments and reviews that's says "the owners are racist" proves my point. I will never recommend this place.

You will never get this service from the post office!

Have you ever had such great service you feel compelled to leave a review? Well I have today. This seems quite rare to me.

Copy pack and mail has done wonders for me in the past. But today was special. Tricia, a very lovely lady, helped me out today.

I walked into there completely tired from working 3rd shift. I had my package to return and I needed help. Someone who does not return many items, I was confused and worried my package might arrive late or damaged. This was quickly and easily taken care of. I was worry free after the whole experience.

I just wanted to add on how clean and neat this place was. I can tell they take care and pride of their work. Windows were spotless and the counters were clean.

The staff is amazing, courteous and customer focused. I love the 8 to 6 Monday to Friday hours making it easy for me to stop on my way into work with FedEx packages. They are even open 9 to 1 on Saturday. Highly recommend this business!

This is my preferred shipping, faxing and anything mail place and has been for years. Jack and Tricia always provide great service, are very mannerful and able to assist with all things shipping! I am now running my own store and use them just about everyday for my business needs!
