I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience today at Conte's Bike Shop that I felt compelled to share. I have an older beach cruiser that needed repairs. I was concerned that the repairs might exceed the bike's value, so I called and spoke with Michael. He assured me that they would assess the issue for free and inform me of the cost before proceeding with any work. When I brought my bike in today, they were friendly, took me in right away, diagnosed the issue on the spot, and repaired it at no charge! This experience couldn't have been any better. They have gained a customer for life. I highly recommend visiting this place for bike repairs or purchases. 5 stars!

Michael and Phil were so kind, knowledgable, and welcoming! Upon visiting I received exceptional 1:1 assistance as I picked out a bike for both my daughter and I (on separate dates). I must add that our bikes were the cutest and perfect for us. I highly recommend Conte’s Bike Shop to anyone looking for a great bike accompanied by a great experience.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Conte twice this past week… new to the area and they have given my bike a free inspection and assisted me in attaching a new piece of equipment! Both experiences have been fantastic! Kind, courteous, knowledgeable and honest … I could go on but you get the picture… as a resident of Cary since June 1 within 1.5 miles of this spot I feel very fortunate! Highly recommend!!!

Great and quick work getting my Bike tuned up and ready for Spring Riding. Many Kudos to Max for doing a quick job and providing recommendation on possible future work that maybe required. Took the Bike out for an easy 15 miler today, Bike worked great, the rider is of shape! lol ?

Great service and friendly staff. Bought my bike from here years ago (before Conte) and recently the derailer started scraping. Stopped by and technician took a look at it, adjusted a few screws, and had me back on my bike in a few minutes.
