I HIGHLY recommend Comteck to anyone that is in their coverage area.

I used Comteck a few years back for about 2 years
and never had a complaint. I just moved back into their coverage area a few months ago, immediately called to get my internet service through Comteck, and it is like a breath of fresh air compared to the other companies I've gone through in the last decade.

Just yesterday I power cycled my router for the first time and for some reason it reset my password and locked me out of my internet service. I called up Comteck technical support and they had someone at my house within 2.5 hours of making the call. They had me set up with a different router in minutes and there was no charge. The guys that showed up were great too.

I have had Comteck for almost a year and have never lost service, I would say its very reliable so i'm not sure why others are saying that they are having issues. I am a gamer and i play on pc while my wife is on xbox and i am also streaming netfilx for our daughter, with no problems at all.

Only DSL available to many customers, at a high price and very slow speeds. Almost worthwhile to move in order to find a better provider. The people are great, but service is equally and oppositely disappointing.

Good service but it's fiber... Updated equipment to offer faster speeds. 79.99 for 50Mbps is just crazy. For that price it should be 150Mbps. If that were the case, I'd rate this 5 stars.

Emailed through the website this morning about internet trouble. By the afternoon they had upgraded my router and fixed the problem. Very fast, very professional. Nice to see that good customer service still exists!
