Quote" we give you a cable box and or modems and can take Payment for your basic bill. Nothing more nothing less. They cannot help you with anything other than a cable box and they may have the ability to allow you to pay your basic bill (as long as it doesn't have mobile or other services on it). I am repeating what I was told when I came in for help with my services after trying to navigate the outsourced call center for amlost 6 hours . They must have a lot of people come in and complain because the response I got from rep#1 was short, seemed angry / frustrated, and unhelpful. Rep #2 was in the middle of streaming a movie (which I heard playing on her desktop) when I arrived, throughout my visit, and was intently watching her screen when I left. Please go there only if 1. You want to pay your cable bill, 2. If you need a cable box or possibly a modem router. Do not go there for anything else.........

I had a good experience at this particular service center, this review does not reflect Comcast as a corporation or service/prices, but the employees at the Bad Axe service center. Debra was helpful and greeted me right away when I came in. All staff that I could see were wearing masks, which I really appreciated. I completed what I needed to do quick and easy

Kim and Debbie were friendly and completed my request of removing cable TV and downgrading my internet plan very professionally. No one tried to talk me into multiple options which is what I experience when calling the 800 customer service line. Thanks ladies!

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Internet was terrible so we got a new router. Disconnected the old router when they knew we didn’t know the password to our account. Had to use the account to hook up the new router. Tried to recover wifi password. They said we could only get it back through wifi. The wifi was disconnected. On the phone with customer service. Stopped responding before our problem was resolved. Told us they knew a way to fix it. All we had to do was hook up the new router and they would make it work. They didn’t know how to. At this point we have to make a third trip into the service center which is only open week days until 5. Strongly considering changing service providers. This issue began Friday afternoon and is still not resolved by Tuesday night.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING POWER OUTAGE
I am a Comcast Business subscriber and while I agree that dealing with Comcast can be a challenge, I was very pleased with the efficiency and excellent follow up by the Bad Axe service center. Dean was professional and thorough in handling my case. I am grateful for the excellent care during this recent, extended power outage.
