It felt a little rushed. Tha's most likely just me being a worry wort. Everyone was Very friendly. I guess I had hoped/expected that the photographer would have told them exactly how to stand, hold their hands etc. In that unnatural pose that makes the kids look so good in the photos. Just like they used to make us do when we were kids.

Horrible customer service on the phone, in person by the same staff member named Sarah. If you're not happy doing your job, find another job that doesn't involve customer interaction. It was so bad her co-worker had to correct her.

The photographer that did my daughter's senior pictures was amazing and got some authentic smiles out of her. The senior photo packages are not my favorite , the portfolios are the better deal.

It was alright. I hate that u need an appointment to order pics. It's not convenient for my schedule. There were about 3-4 pics I liked, out of 18.
