As a parent of a recently committed athlete, I can not say enough good things about CBJ. Aside from the high quality skills video, they provided a good appraisal of her skills and made recommendations as to what level of schools she should be looking to continue playing ball and put her in their own college coaches showcase games. After all of that, they marketed her to coaches by sending out her profile and even offered to make calls on her behalf. It ultimately ended with her finding the right spot to continue playing ball while pursuing her academic goals at a school that wasn’t even on our radar at the beginning of the process. This is our family's only time through recruitment, so we didn't know what we didn't know as it began. Considering the soaring popularity of travel softball and the rise of the transfer portal, we couldn't imagine the process without CBJ.
