We were excited to get started with them, David was great, but as soon as we had our welome meeting it all fell apart. Our tech was unreliable and after several months of requesting the same things and not getting a response we talked with David and he apologized for the poor service and agreed to give us part of our money back after admitting that he had to fire his tech. We never got that money back and they refuse to respond to any correspondance. This was a terrible experiance.

Since using Collaborate Pros we have seen an exponential amount of traffic on our website. They have been methodical about their approach, taking care to increase our optimization without all of the extra cost of other vendors. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical cause my business is in smaller town but after 8 months we can see the results. I Signed up with collaborate at experience convention in Las Vegas last year after class/presentation they gave their.
But I would say the results of there seo services presented there were very much a steching of reality of the truth of what was possible.
What I experienced was pathetic results, my business is not in a highly competitive market but yet was still not able to make any real difference in 7 months where in there presention is las vegas they were claiming taking buisnesses in highly competitive metro markets to the first page in time frames as little as 3 months.
I expressed my concerns after 90 days they continued to ensure me it would start to work soon. So After another 4 months results were ranking like 77th on Google search. Not showing at all in some communities I requested be priority.
If I would have had the impression at the convention that this process was going to in reality take a year or two I would have not signed up.

I asked for partial refund which they refused.

Another thing Is i would email questions but they seem to like to avoid written response and want to meet in a zoom calls were they don't actually address your questions.

I did not convert a single cent from there services. After spending over $4500.
