I want to take a minute to thank Cloud Creations for their hard work and patience. We hired another implementation partner to help us migrate our ACT database to Salesforce and they failed miserably. After about 4 weeks we were told we could not export our notes and activities, as you can imagine this was very frustrating. We contracted Cloud Creations to setup Service Cloud and was definitely impressed with how fast they were able to get us up and running. Aside from the setup they additionally came in house to train our users and admins. The face to face training was the cherry on top, i received great feedback from the attendees.
