This company took advantage of my 89 year old mother-in-law. They doubled her monthly charge and tried to say it was because they had to upgrade her cooper wiring to her house. Well, her house is connected to our house. They have nothing to the lines going to our home! We have our service through Verizon and our rate remain the same. On top of that, it took all day to get a person on the phone. They never returned her call. Then, she waited on the line for an hour and a half before someone picked up. Stay away from this company!!!

📢 FRAUD ALERT‼️ I received a bill in the mail yesterday for equipment that I never ordered or consented to. I'm not sure how they got my information but I DID NOT order it. I've made multiple attempts to reach them. I've left my number each time with no callback. I went as far as emailing them and the response was to send all my information so that they can look into it. I included the invoice number cause clearly y'all have my information because its on the bill. Where did this company come from? What do they do? I gave them multiple opportunities to call me back. My next step today will be placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I understand high call volume, but to not place a callback from multiple calls is unacceptable. I will do everything that I need to do to have this matter resolved. Clear Rate Communications, please keep that automatic email response from your media team and have a professional to call me back directly!

Worst company ever. First they preyed on my 90 tear old Mom and talked her into giving up her reliable service from another company and change to them. Her landline went from 50 to $100. A few months later. I spent HOURS over the course of months and was never able to talk to a live agent or have a call returned. My Mother just moved and thank god we can dump this company for good. Unfortunately they screwed up and did not release her phone number. She has gone over a week without being able to receive calls. Not acceptable for someone her age. I finally had to get her a new phone number after having her old number for years. Again not acceptable for some one her age. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am calling the Attorney General of my state. Stay clear of Clear rate.

I had to call this company today because it was my understanding that it had chopped down a tree in my yard and left the debris.

I spoke to the nastiest, most unprofessional representative I had ever engaged with. He first started making fun of me saying so you want us to clean up your trash? He had a heavy accent and did not seem to understand what I saying so I thought I was speaking to a call center and asked to be transferred to an American call center. He became verbally abusive. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said no, you have to deal with me as he co tiniest to mock me. I hung up.

Called to disconnect phone line. Called and was told I would receive a lower rate. I did receive it and paid that amount. But now I have received a new piece of mail saying I have not paid and that I am going to be sent to a debt collector. I have called several times and have not been able to get through to anyone. The line automatically disconnects. This is concerning and frustrating. And on top of the fact that my phone only works half the time and I'm always having to enter a ticket and it takes days to get my phone to work again. Disappointing service.

It's ridiculous to call three different numbers and not be able to get through to anyone. Followed all the prompts only to have your call automatically disconnected. My dad is 79 and thank goodness I purchased him a cell because relying on this garbage he would be home with nothing. Bill was paid and he has been without a home phone for several days. I could understand if calls were made after business hours, but were made within operational hours.

I received the box a week ago. Was going to hook it up but it did not work. I sent the box back that was on March 14th.This is March 19th my phone still is not working . I own a barber shop I work by appointments only my customers cannot even contact me. I have been trying to get my phone restored/working for 6 days. They have hijacked my number.

Scam!!!! The customer service rep, Michelle, was absolutely horrible and she hesitant with giving me her name. I was on hold for 3 hours. In order to speak to someone I had to go thru tech support. With all the complaints, I am surprised they are still in business. They target the elderly. They proclaim they will lower their phone biil. They do not do NOTHING!!! I had my attorney on speed dial. Although the problem was finally resolved, I still would not look at this company again!!! Advance: Get more workers… reading the reviews it’s only Michele and Sam takes care of a “thousand” dollar company!!! Billion thumbs down!!!👎
