Janelle was fantastic. I trusted her and her business to ship some items for me from hundreds of miles away and I was not let down! She was prompt and fair, and did not take advantage of me whatsoever. Glad I could trust providing my credit card over the phone!

Checks N Mail was evicted from their location and closed without any notice to customers. They stole $840.00 of wine from me. No help from anyone, Police, Fedex, etc.

This place is out of business!!! No notice, email or phone call to let me know since I'm out of town all summer. No refund...just a big mess for me to try and figure out where my mail is and how to get another box set up!! Very upset and disappointed!!!

This place is closed and gutted. Took a 2-hr long bus adventure in 113 degree baking heat just to find that out. Plus my package still isn't shipped. Very lame of the owner not to take some initiative and close this Google Maps page seeing as how this has been closed for some time now.

Yes it’s a consolidated mail service store but it’s also a wonderful gift shop too. Greeting cards and unexpected finds. They also make replacement house keys. Buy Mesquite. Shop local.

I love this place and the owner. She is one of the first people that I met here in town. She is always friendly and helpful. I am always impressed on how patient they are with older folks mailing boxes to relatives etc. They seem to really take the time to explain everything well. You can also drop off all your items in one place..if you are a seller. I love being able to drop off Fed Ex, UPS and USPS at the same location. I would give them a try if you have not been in there yet. Interesting items for sale too- great candles!

They closed their doors, didn’t offer a refund or anything. Very disappointed with these people.

Great idea for people that can not have things shipped to their house address. The only thing is my understanding is they would call you when your package arrived. I followed all the rules and listed my name and a phone number on the shipping address so they could call me. this is the second time I have not been called. So on top of shipping fees for the item and the time and gas it takes to get there I still have to pay money to get my package. That's the only issue I see otherwise its a great idea.
