Since my relationship started with 41NBC and Chart Local, it has been a breath of fresh air! Through a VERY aggravating time with my previous service provider, I lucked up and was initially introduced to Lindsey Holland, Dixon Cassara and Debbi Dorough and we consulted on the expectations that I had, the state of frustration that I was in with my provider at the time (no communication, no one to reach when issues happened and no urgency when correcting any issues that disrupted the flow of my young business and more). I also had fears of losing valuable data within my CRM at the time that was paramount to the operation of my company if I did decide to go with them but we all executed a plan that spanned over a few months time due to my schedule, but they were patient, kind and didn't charge me a dime through this process. Their only focus was putting together a total package that would fit me and my business perfectly, all while eliminating the issues that I had with my previous provider. They immediately sent out teams to execute the design of a completely new website, introduce me to their CRM tool (KickServ) and visit me and my team on several job-sites to get a feel for what we did and how we carried ourselves. Every presentation that they gave me was very genuine, honest, comfortable and ON POINT! Their professionalism spoke VOLUMES to me and how I was treated like a friend and a long time partner (even though I was a stranger to them at the time) meant a lot to me as well. Needless to say, I ended my relationship with my previous provider and joined Chart Local! Through our first year together, we had several billing issues that was no fault of their own, but a failure to sync direct deposits and etc that lead to an outside system of confusion. Even as my own debt with them built up, they entertained me and kept the conversations honest and genuine, all while still executing their services with me perfectly with no disruption. We had several meetings about the issues to see what could be done to get everything corrected and instead of hounding me on the money that I owed them, they stood with me as a partner to get everything figured out and for that, I'm very appreciative. Now, we have everything running as a well oiled machine should and I can't think the team at Chart local enough. My team now consists of Debbi Dorough, Dixon Cassara, Denise Fritz and Brooke Epps (as well as everyone at the Macon, GA 41NBC/Chart Local office! I am EXTRAORDINARILY happy with them, the relationship we have established and their ability to help make my business thrive! Without a shadow of doubt, my business would still be lagging behind from the point it is at now if it wasn't for the help I have received from this group of allstars. Thank You 41NBC.
