I recently had an outstanding experience purchasing a lens online from Cameragraphics, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Bryan was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help answer my questions. Shipping was extremely fast, and the lens I received was exactly as described. Excellent customer service, accurate and honest product description, incredibly fast shipping. Will definitely be returning!

Great service and very informative; bought a Canon R100 from here and really enjoyed the 30 min class they offered with purchase. Had a battery issue with the camera several months later; they gave me a new battery free of charge. Recommend this place for anything camera related.

I had a great experience purchasing a canon camera from Cameragraphics website. My camera arrived 2 days after placing my order. Can’t wait to use it! Thank you Cameragraphics!!

I drive an hour and a half out of my way to visit this place. John is wonderful and honestly everyone who works there is always extremely helpful. They truly care about their customers and are always willing to help when you need it. I am happy to spend my money here and always look forward to visiting.

I have purchased several cameras and lenses (Canon and Sigma) from Cameragraphics over the last few years. Customer service is top notch and prices are just as competitive as the big online stores. It's nice to still have a locally owned camera store around that will back their products. All of the ones in the Atlanta area seem to have gone out of business.

I had the BEST experience at Cameragraphics! All the employees were super knowledgeable and so helpful! John was by far the best help with assisting me at picking out a new film camera!! I'm excited for my next visit to Cameragraphics! They have a little bit of everything! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

We are so fortunate to have a brick and mortar camera store in Auburn! Cameragraphics is a full stop shop that provides professional level services! I rarely find better prices on new or used equipment! I've taken advantage of their one on one training courses. I also do not trust anyone else with my gear, I've been coming here the last 8 years and they have never steered me wrong! They won't oversell you and listen to what you want vs. what you need. They love everything about the art and it shows! It doesn't matter if you are new, a hobbyist or a professional photographer/videographer, you will receive great advice and the absolute best customer service! You will want to become a regular at their store and if you are like me, it will be hard to to walk out without buying something!

Yes I'm late giving a review but from the time I walked in the store and meet John I knew we was friends. They always give great advice on equipment and are very knowledgeable about anything camera related. I will always call them first for any of my camera needs. And they have fast shipping. Check them out before you look anywhere else. Thanks again for all you do. Birthday coming up time for another camera ?
