People are easy to talk to, they always respond to phone calls. The man in the front desk gave great advice on where to install the signs and how to avoid city fines.

I had two ladies and the owner just to order a sign. I like the business. I went there they are hard working people in the back. Front customer service lady really ticked off attitude, ready to tell me off and yell in my first contact first words out of her mouth. Carman told me she wanted to cancel my order. She told me she would cancel my order,,,,,wow what do you do,,,,I wanted the signs told this was the place I had to go. She told me to go somewhere else. I did not know you can do that in business. Pick who you are going to help and tell someone off and tell them you are cancelling their order. Wow. Then she wrote sweetie e mail telling me to call and I call it says they don't answer for up to 24 hours. I told her I wanted to speak

She told me to call and jumped all over me. I did not know that customers had no rights and no voice and can be kicked out if any questions or changes from format that I somehow had to go with the previous approved design and then oh yes you can add open to a open house sign, it has taken days and this abuse is too much. Wow thinking of making a complaint to the department of industry, I did not realize that I had to bribe and beg for days to get a proof or make a change. Monopoly business must go there? Seems like that would even be a more compelling reason to work with each person and be nice.

went into california signs to have them make 3 parking signs that i needed for my new dealership i was just opening. I told them that i need to have the signs made as quick as possible. They told me to send them an email with what i was looking for and they would get it done. so that day i sent them the info they needed to get the job done. After about a week they gave me a call and said that they needed payment for the signs. So i told them that i would be in to pay and pick up the signs. the lady on the phone told me that the signs have not been made and that they require payment before they make the signs.( I wish they would have said that before cause i would have paid a when i walked in the first time). I asked the lady how long is it gong to take to get the signs done. she told me she did not know and had to ask John and if she could call me back. It has now been 5 more days and they haven't even called me back. Would never go here to get stuff done. I had signs done fast take care of my signs and they did it cheaper and on time.

They installed my for sale sign in less than 24 hours and removed it promptly when requested.

Took a month for 2 signs, i had to call them several times. Then when i got the signs, they were printed with ink, which means they will be fadded out in less then a year? Product was cheap, but service was unexcusable.
