worst ISP i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, my husband called inquiring about when the service will be back up and the lady on the phone told him “it must seem like a long time for someone who spends their whole life on the internet” it was the second thing she said in the phone call after hello how can i help you. he was nothing but kind when making his inquiries. she later proceeded to scream on the phone and hang up on him. i called a few minutes later and got hung up on while i was mid sentence. i tried calling back and she would answer and instantly hang up so she wouldnt have to talk to me.

They have DRUNK drivers operating work vehicles. A Cal-Neva truck driven by a white male drove from the Chevron gas station all the way to the opposite lanes. Instead of stopping in the middle turning lane he went directly into my lane and almost collided with the driver side front end of my SUV. This was in BROAD DAYLIGHT. The driver is either impaired or deliberately trying to collided with my vehicle.

The first time I was there, an employee was smoking in the office. She was an elderly lady and not very polite. Another staff member helped me sign up for internet service. He was pleasant and professional.

Unfortunately, the service was spotty. When we complained about outages, they cancelled our service.

We had to go back to the smoke filled office to get a refund.

Would not recommend. There are other options.
