I was never at this shop when it has had this name, C Street Bikes LLC but I used to go to this shop when it was called Universal Cycles and people who worked here deliberately refused to tell me about serial numbers on bikes, to simply show me the frame number on a bike of mine that I bought here that they fixed up, to keep a record of that bike, to tell me which bike locks are good and bad, to show me what a bike receipt looked like, and to tell me ways stolen bikes can be registered and recovered. I’m happy Universal Cycles went out of business because of this and I have 0 interest in visiting C Street Bikes LLC for this reason.

This is the best mtb shop in Los Angeles hands down. Jason and Ian really know bikes well they both are great riders and really know there stuff with bikes. Always a great experience there and fast service. They truly go above and beyond for every customer that walks in. Couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone who feels they can’t trust there bike mechanic or that just wants people that really know how to tune your bike for proper riding. Definitely check them out you won’t regret it
