I never write reviews but my experience with Bighorn Design has to be shared. Vicki and Mary Jane exceeded all expectations. Their depth of knowledgeable is remarkable. Their communication was courteous , consistent and professional. The embroidery, exceptional. Both Vicki and Mary Jane went above and beyond to create an experience that will keep me going back again and again. From beginning to end, 5 stars. Thank you Mary Jane and Vicki!

I am not great at writing reviews, but while long overdue, I want to give Bighorn Design Studios a huge five star review. Last summer I had put a t-shirt order in for a church event, but when I called a few days before the event to check on the order, I had given them the wrong pick-up date. Rather than give me a "Sucks to be you" attitude, they bent over backwards to talk me off the ledge and had my order rushed and ready to pick up within a day, including the shirt colors I had wanted. I seriously can't recommend them highly enough.

I'm 9 years old and my mom went in the store to order a storm soccer sweatshirt for me and the week after she called to check on it, they told her she had to order it online for some reason and who knows how long that will take. I was hoping to have it for my tournament last week and now it might not even be ready for my tournament this week. I'm very disappointed in the service.

The only time the clerk ever interacted with me as a customer was when it was time to ask about a receipt. My brother from Seattle was in there last week and said no one would talk ti him. So sad that you may be turning away customers because they don’t have the skills in customer service.

Excellent quality vinyl vehicle decals for a very fair price. The ability to speak directly with the designer while it's being plotted is a huge advantage.
