My businesses would be lost without Kristie and her team! She keeps it 100% real and pushes you to do the best you can all day every day! Its great to have someone handle the parts of my business I am not very good at. It really allowed me to scale my business to the next level! Better Bookkeepers was hired by our company. Communication is terrible. Kristina is especially unprofessional. She will insist she warned you dozens of times, even if you only spoke to her once. Lastly, she likes to change an expense to something else without asking or advising and simply defends her right to do so as "IRS Rules." Even when you provide a valid reason/documentation, she provides an email saying your violating IRS Regulations.

The staff at Better Bookkeepers is exactly that… better bookkeepers! Often in small business ownership, we try to fill every position ourselves.
