Lorelei, Chad, and the team always work closely with their clients to ensure 100% satisfaction. If there was anything about the job that the client was 100% happy with, they would take the time to make it right and redo it if necessary. Their work is always crisp and clean and done for a reasonable price. Great small, local business to have around and highly recommend!

Amazing. Can’t say enough good things about Chad, other than his prices are too low so he has too much business. Well worth the wait, well worth double the money he charges. I got similar quotes for the same product(which I don’t think would have turned out as nice) from some shops in Santa Rosa and they were almost 80% more than chads. Needless to say 10/10 product and I will always use banners and signs going forward.

This is the best sign/graphics company in the county. I have dealt with a number of sign companies for our truck signs, and these people use the best material, and are very creative to make a good sign with very reasonable prices. They are very popular so if they are extra busy tou might not have immediate service. They will work really hard to get it done as soon as possible, but have a little patience if they are really busy as you cannot go wrong with Chad and his company.

Sharing my experience with Banners & Signs to help others make informed choices. Initially, I approached them with a project to design a logo for our Youth Coalition dedicated to empowering youth through anti-commercial tobacco initiatives. Unfortunately, despite the initial acceptance of the project, communication from Banners & Signs ceased after a week.

Regrettably, three weeks later, there has been no response, leaving me to assume that the project is no longer viable. This lack of communication led me to seek services elsewhere, ultimately choosing Lake County Signs & Banners.

I believe open communication is crucial in any business relationship, and the lack of responsiveness was disappointing. If considering Banners & Signs, it might be beneficial to confirm their current workload and ability to meet project timelines before proceeding.

Shoddy workmanship, very poor communication, calls take days to be returned. The agreed upon work (door logos) wasn't complete requiring another visit. Should my organization need advertising medium again we will be going elsewhere. I dislike posting a review like this but I feel others should at least be forewarned of what they may very well encounter.
