My AC unit died. Bill and his team came over and replaced the unit. Unfortunately, the placed drain pipes directly in front of the filter trays. We are not able to change our filters which can affect the warranty on our brand new units. We have contacted him several times to fix the issue. He gives us a day and time and never comes. He is a sweet guy but this poor execution and customer service that could lead to an issue that could cost us thousands of dollars is outrageous and infuriating!

When we returned home at 3:00 pm on a Friday our old house air conditioner was not working. Temp was 92 degrees inside. They arrived at 5:00 pm and were very professional. Had to have unit replaced and it was installed on a Saturday by 4:00 pm at a very fair price. Highly recommend this company for repairs.
