Super inexperienced technicians took them 9 days and 2 visits just to figure out a fiber optic cable ruptured, then clearly didn't order the new cable until the start of the next week delaying the fix even more. We've been without Internet for just about the whole month of February (it went out on the 11th) and now they say that they won't receive the part until Monday March 3rd. If this company wasn't forced on me by my apartment complex I would NEVER reach out or recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to deal with their internet going out twice a month

Received a call from a gentleman that within his first sentence called me an idiot told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that my cards weren't protected. Be careful with this service. They are fraudulent

Axia is the internet service provider at my apartment complex in Hilliard, Ohio. The internet goes out at least weekly and often for days at a time. When you call into their automated system, they actually have a pre-recorded message stating that there is an outage and, of course, “no estimated time of restoral”. Absolutely terrible service from Axia. If I wasn’t forced to use them, I wouldn’t.

I spoke with a very unpleasant technician named Todd Richards. He was unprofessional on the phone, and his lack of helpfulness and poor customer support seem to be trademarks of this company.
