They are great! Very friendly, helpful and extremely patient. They will stay on the phone with you, willingly, through long waits while you reboot your system. I've called a handful of times and 3very time is a great experience.

Not good at all. They had my computer for 8 days and it is worse than when I brought it in. When I went to finally pick it up, the technician could not get it to even boot up correctly. Now it is only a large paperweight. No real explanation but he said he may be able to fix it if I gave him more time. I had to drive there 3 times, an hour and a half each time. Waste of time and money and I still do not know why. Maybe they should only do simple fixes.
