I contactedAudio Visual Concepts To figure out why two of my security cameras were not working and why I no longer could play music throughout my house using the equipment in the stack you see below.

they quickly discovered that the amplifier I was using in the stack was no longer working, and two of the camera leads into the new DVR we’re defective. They repaired the wires and got the cameras working again and have sent me an estimate for replacement of the amplifier.

The cost for this service call was very reasonable At $150 and I would highly recommend them to diagnose and or repair any of your audio or visual equipment that was not working correctly.

Audio Video Concepts is not only a great company, their customer service is excellent! Emanuel and his team took over an extremely poor security camera installation project, which was previously installed by a “Gold Star Authorized Dealer with Control4”, but after 2+ months, this dealer and his team still didn’t have our system up and running correctly. I'm so very fortunate to have found Emanuel, and he and his team were able to redo this project and complete it within a timely manner. Emanuel is very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with the correct information about our system along with their apps [not like the previous dealer]. Another great quality is that Emanuel has great communication skills, which I find extremely important. Emanuel is very professional, courteous and committed in providing the best service possible to his clients. It's obvious that Emanuel truly has pride in what he does and it shows in his work. I now have “THE BEST" Gold Authorized Dealer with Control4 for our home security and A/V products. This is a company that I would "highly" recommend! I only wish that I could give them 10 Stars!!!

Be extremely careful when you consider having Emanuel performing any of your audio, video, blind work. Instal is ok, his charge for what is calls “programming” should be highly analyzed as we have found that he charges but does NOT in fact get with you and go over all of the programming options that are available. Biggest concern with him is “trying” to get him to return for SERVICE work - Good Luck. Buyer be ware!

They wired every room in my house with built-in speakers and audio/video home theater units, a big screen tv in three rooms, excellent patio speakers outdoors, and smart thermometers in every room. All coordinated and controlled by one system. Excellent work. Professional and knowledgeable. And they have been there every time I needed adjustments or modifications. Emanuel does great work. I had them back when I upgraded to fiberoptic high speed internet. They integrated the new ISP into my system quickly, efficiently and with minimal disruption. Emanuel is very good at his job.

I had Emanuel back to install two upgraded Eero wifi devices, install updated firmware for my system, and to diagnose and correct an issue with one of my wifi thermostats. He was quick and efficient. Now I have blazing fast internet at all corners of my home. I am very happy with all of the work done for me.

Second experience with audio video concepts, Emanuel and crew. Initially bought a control 4 home tv/sound automated system and was very pleased with the results, both installation and quality of product.
Recently our HOA changed to a fiber optic system for internet and tv. Initially my control 4 did not work and the internet people were not at all helpful. Emanuel came to our rescue getting everything back up and running perfectly. Additionally he helped my partner get his system, which was a different one, up and running smoothly as well with the new equipment. Again very pleased with his work and professionalism. Would definitely recommend for audio video needs.
