I came to the store front several times but the location was always closed. I called a week or so later to them know I wanted 5 shirts printed with my logo. I was texted a quote. I ended up dropping off 3 shirts discussed the colors and font. Joe wrote everything down. Once the proofs came over the details were inaccurate but fixable. He made the edits and sent over the proofs. Things appeared accurate using his text picture so I approved. However once I saw the shirts in person I could see my logo was the size of a graprefruit and went across my entire left side of my shirts (these are athletic fit ladies shirts). Most logos are no larger than a business card not half of the shirt. The back of my shirts were fine. I also was charged more than what he initially quoted but I wanted to try this company out because I wanted a local printer for my upcoming projects. He offered a "sorry for your inconvenience" and I am out approximately $70 and also in need of shirts. He also took longer than he stated to complete the small order with no communication of it being delayed.
He spent time talking to me about branding but how can I trust you if you do not stick to what you quote or comminicate any time delays. I also do not understand why on Earth anyone with decent eyesight would print a logo essentially the entire left side of the shirt as if the shirt was made for a XXXL man on a basic tshirt.
I wish I would have just had him do one shirt so I can see in person the outcome. I have had family reunion tees, baseball team tees, bachlorette tees with other business and never had any issues. That's what I get for trying something new.
I do not recommend coming here.
RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT:
You mentioned the quote price change due the time you sent the quote via text vs the time you recieved the shirts. That information is INACCURATE...not once did you mention the price would change in our text conversation. I told when I dropped off the shirts my graphic artist redid the logo making it bolder than what I intially showed you. As business owner of that was an issue YOU SHOULD HAVE COMMUNICATED THE CHANGE when I met you face to face and handed you the shirts. I emailed you about but you DID NOT respond. That is bad business...then you have logo sitting on top of my entire left breast providing no resolution.
Your text software you use for proofs is not quite as accurate as it appears in person. Again you are the "professional" so if you could not complete the task in thr days you quote you should have communicated that need.
