I have used Arrow Graphics for several things through the years and recently I had emailed Arrow Graphics about the sign out front at the office because it needs to be updated and I need some things changed so the gentlemen let me know he was out and it would be a while and I told him that was fine I understood and I told him I hope he had a speedy recovery and my prayers were with him. Fast Forward, I get an email and he is letting me know that JM will be coming out on the 30th of March to look at the sign and I told him thank you, just keep me posted, I emailed him on the 19th of April for an update because I never seen JM on the 30th of March and he stated he would get with JM and then get back with me, well needless to say it is the 26th of April and I email JC and asked if there was an update and I stated if you don't want to mess with the sign then just let me know, so then JC emails me back and says
"I'm sorry my installer has let me down. I'm so very sorry. I guess I will have to pass on this sign. I'm so sorry".
When I say I am very shocked, I am just that.....
