Now they took my money said that the apartment was nasty no as you can see a few paces of trash now why all this came when I gave a 45 day notice and after months of asking to fix the heating and my blinds ok so they want to go to court oh let not go there with me I call the state cause it’s illegal to have a space heater I also have a picture of that. See the man down stairs and I was going the same way cause they ask for more rent he got a new everything me dail tone and delete message lock out the resident portal and all so I don’t give this property management company zero stars ask me they lie to get you in then pull the rug from under you with all the foul play as for later rent that was never the problem cause if I was late I put the extra rent in so for yall to try me so playing with me see you in court I ask yall to fix the heating the hole wenter and some of the summer see that why I took. Pick of the company that was call to fix ox I ask yeah 6 months in to the lease that my apartment need some touch up the maintenance man told me he in Wisconsin putting in air conditioner then I asked him if I measure them will they bring me the blinds no blinds to be truthful I pay my bills even if I get behind I still pay until it paid off but I promise before you hurt my name I will fight with all my might

Lived in apartmen for a few years.
Getting moved in was easy. Place was a mess they claimed shampooing was done but carpet was as greasy as a burger King floor.in the time I was there sewer backed up twice and clean out for the complex was in my kitchen.
Had to clean wast twice and message them multiple time to clean and sanitize the laundry room. I took care of my own apt shampooing 💩 soaked carpet and sanitize floors. We moved a few months after and they withheld money from my deposit because they claim I didn't shampoo the carpet.It was old and frey. I let it slide and wish I wouldn't have. Also had mold issues that they ignored.
If you rent from them be cautious.
Office staff always seemed polite when I talked to them.

This company gave me a chance when no one else would! I rent a big 2 bedroom apartment for both myself and my daughter. At a very reasonable price.They allow my dog and my cat again for a reasonable fee. Thanks to this company getting back on my feet will be a reachable goal. Thank you for kindness and professionalism!

The staff person engaged in a rudely concise, curt manner. I won't be renting from them because of a breed restriction. But even if I could rent from them, I would not feel like I am in good hands. This is because of the tone of the communication and the suggestion that a reputable veterinarian in Hudson was deceitful in their vet records, despite providing an accurate account of the miscommunication. My feedback for them is, no matter what, just be kind. Have some empathy even if it doesn't align with your policy, you can still be mindful of a person's situation.

This is by far the best place that I have rented from. From the application process, the showing and the actual property, it is the absolute best experience. The staff I have communicated with have all been extremely professional and helpful. I have never had this level of customer service anywhere else. The unit was super clean and welcoming when I moved in. I would highly recommend this company!

I hired Applegate Properties about a year ago to manage a duplex I own in Baldwin, WI, and it was the best decision I ever made regarding that property. Everyone is so nice to work with, and I never have to deal with any problems! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.

Rented from them three separate times, never got a deposit back and even had professional cleaning done before moving out. Said they needed to redo carpet or do “repairs”. Horrible communication. Total money scam for sure.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Do not rent anything or give them any money. I just terminated my lease the first day and got my money back. My unit that I was moving into had live wires out in the open and looked like they got done with 50% of remodeling and cleaning the place. Absolutely trashy company and worst attention to detail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS.
