I'm quite pleased with the customer service here. I called yesterday asking about converting a VHS video into a DVD. The gentlemen on the phone was super polite and helpful. He gave me a few pointers on finding the place too, which I appreciated. I am excited to get my tape and DVD back tomorrow. Service is really fast here and the prices are great too.

Our father died when my brother was 10 yrs old. Now, sixty years later, he remembers very little about him. Rob converted 65 year old 8mm family movies for us. A lovely gift. It revived lost memories just in time for the holidays.
