My regular doctor was unable to see me for 3 months so I went looking for someone else as I had a suspicious spot. This clinic was on my insurance with a good patient rating and was close to work. They were able to get me in immediately (3 days) due to a cancellation. The office is nice, clean with a comfortable waiting area. My appointment was schedule for 830, I arrived at 807, was called back at 9 and out of the office by 924. Ann answered all of my questions, did a full body check and removed a couple of spots.

As a "regular" in the office I could not be more impressed. Appointment was for 1030am. I arrived at 1015, and was quickly called into the exam room. I received a thorough exam, got treated, made a new appointment, and was out the door walking to my car by 1040. Pretty good I'd say!

I have been going to English Dermatology for many years now. I have a yearly check up and have had a couple of procedures. I usually see Annie and she is personable and does not keep me waiting. I look forward to my appointments because the whole experience is good. I never have to wait, Annie is great, and check out is a no brainer. I usually dread going to the doctor because of the long wait in the waiting room, the long wait in the exam room but not here.

A friend had recommended this office to me. Had been seeing a different provider at a different office for five years & was not happy with their service. Getting an appointment was done in a timely manner. Other services that I wanted were available here that my other dermatologist did not offer. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the English Group and PA Sullivan. However, the billing and pricing practices of the organization need to be examined. Be sure to question the front desk about everything you will be charged for up front. It seems when you think you are paying for your office visit with your insurance company and co-pay, that is only the entrance fee. The exam and everything else is extra. Plus, they will do do unrequested exams and then charge you for them. Always question costs once in the exam room for everything they wish to do so as to understand what you will be charged.

Office runs on time. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. The now accept my healthcare exchange insurance which is awesome as I chose to pay out of pocket to be seen in past 2 years to keep continuity and I appreciate that they chose to allow the healthcare exchange insurance plan.
